The current form of the United People Website is a prototype
of the ultimate one that computer programmers around the world will help
perfect and continue to improve.
It will offer the space and the tools
that will allow all willing and able individuals to take part in every
decision in every applicable jurisdiction.
Community members can begin
experimenting on this prototype site and use it to start communicating
amongst themselves and with their elected officials.
The United People Government places the full political
authority into the hands of the People via the Internet technology.
Every member (Trustee) has an equal voice in all decisions using the technology made freely available to the Trust by www.1062.org - an internet-based technology that promotes the highest standards of participatory democratic principles.
The UP world government recognizes that the world is made of a large diversity of cultures and there is a need for the people to rule themselves on a local as well as planetary level. Therefore the UP world government operates as a federation made of imbricated geographical areas such as towns, nations or continents.
Members of the United People are granted an access for the area they identify with and can only participate or vote for issues that concern their area, their country, their continent or the whole planet.
The Collective Sovereignty
The people collectively (also known as the Collective Sovereignty) have a similar responsibility towards governments as parents have towards their children. They have the inherent and irremovable authority to instruct and command their elected civil servants.
The United People Virtual World Government Trust allows the members of the Collective Sovereignty, the parent, to exercise their authority over the governments they created - their children.
The decision making process of the United People government is regulated by about 60 settings which are all set democratically by the members.
This allows the United People website to operate in complete autonomy without any intervention or interference in the voting process. Members are free to participate in forums, submit any issue or proposition and can vote in complete confidentiality.
Except for the confidentiality of the final vote and some member's details, the United People offer a complete transparency on all the regulation (settings values), the membership (names and access), and the voting process (list of participants and voters, proposition ratings, votes etc...).

The UP world government is the most powerful tool at the hands of the people to be able to observe unfiltred information in real time in every part of the globe. All issues that are the concern of the people in any area, on any subject, can be viewed in full transparency by all visitors. capacity to create links with the Earth via a special relationship with
the United People Trust. The UP Trust, in turn, may enter into contracts
with any legal entity in any jurisdiction around the globe. These
contracts can be instrumental in creating various business enterprizes
that can support the financial needs of the Trust. In this respect, the
Trust can eventually wield tremendous economic influence.
